As reported by South Florida Business Journal today, a new condo development has been proposed in Flagler Village by BRYL Development. The Flagler 626 Building as it's being called is the first new condo building proposed for the area since the recession. The developer is proposing 99 units, 105 parking spaces, 12 stories, pool, typical amenities, etc. etc.

The address given is 626 NE 1st Ave. The entire project is proposed to fit on .62 acres on lots 626, 630, and 636 NE 1st Ave. Currently the lots are empty except for some trees. See map below:
