Restaurant Franchise Network Security Company Relocates Headquarters to Ft. Lauderdale

Netsurion just moved from Houston to Ft. Lauderdale. It has 24 employees here and is planning on hiring 12 more. The reason given: The bosses wanted to live here! They just took over a 7000 SF office along the NE 13th St. Corridor just down the street from Warsaw Coffee.

More Professional Level Jobs on the Horizon in Miami and Fort Lauderdale

In an ongoing survey, Miami and Fort Lauderdale executives are predicting that their companies will hire more professional level employees in the next 6 months. The survey is conducted by the Robert Half staffing firm and asks 200 Executives from Miami and Fort Lauderdale companies about their hiring expectations for the coming 6 months.  26% said they will be adding new positions which is a 6% increase from the previous period.

New Condo Project Proposed for Flagler Village

As reported by South Florida Business Journal today, a new condo development has been proposed in Flagler Village by BRYL Development. The Flagler 626 Building as it's being called is the first new condo building proposed for the area since the recession. The developer is proposing 99 units, 105 parking spaces, 12 stories, pool, typical amenities, etc. etc.
